Do you provide wedding and occasion outfits on rent?

Yes. Jain Collections offers wedding and occasion outfits on rent for men and women, including Sherwanis, Indo-Westerns, Lehengas, Gowns, Jewellery and selected accessories.
How does the rental process work?

Visit the showroom, select and try your preferred outfit, confirm the booking and complete the required fitting. On the delivery date, a final trial is conducted before dispatch, and the outfit must be returned within the rental period mentioned on the bill.
What is the standard rental period?

The standard rental period is four days: Day 1: Collection and final trial, Day 2: Buffer day, Day 3: Main event, Day 4: Return before 8:00 PM.
How early should I book my outfit?

We recommend booking at least two days before the event so there is sufficient time for fitting and alterations. During peak wedding dates, booking earlier gives you access to a wider selection.
Are same-day or next-day bookings accepted?

Yes. Same-day or next-day bookings may be accepted for ready-fit outfits, subject to availability. A final fitting trial at the showroom is still required before dispatch.
What are the showroom timings?

Jain Collections is open every day from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM, including Sundays and public holidays.
Do you accept family or group bookings?

Yes. Family and group bookings are welcome, with no minimum number of people required. There are currently no fixed group packages or package discounts, and every outfit is billed according to its category and selection.
Can I purchase an outfit instead of renting it?

Selected garments, rental outfits, jewellery and accessories may be available for purchase, subject to stock and management approval. Not every item in the collection is available for sale.
What is the rental price for men’s outfits?

Rental prices for Sherwanis and Indo-Western outfits generally range from ₹2,495 to ₹9,495. The final price depends on the design, category and selected garment.
What is the rental price for women’s outfits?

Women’s outfit rentals generally range from ₹1,895 to ₹22,495. Pricing varies according to the design, garment category and collection.
What is the starting price for jewellery and accessories?

Selected jewellery and accessories are available starting from approximately ₹395. Final pricing depends on the design and item selected.
What is included in the rental price?
+
The rental price includes professional dry cleaning and basic fitting alterations. Any security deposit, logistics cost, late-return charge, stain charge, damage charge or loss charge is separate.
Is a refundable security deposit required?
+
Yes. For a standard individual booking, the refundable security deposit is generally two times the rental amount.
How is the deposit calculated for a group booking?
+
For group bookings, Jain Collections may decide a reasonable lump sum refundable deposit based on the number of garments and the overall booking value.
When is the security deposit collected and refunded?
+
The security deposit is collected on the outfit’s delivery or dispatch date. Cash deposits are refunded immediately after return and inspection, while UPI deposits are refunded within three banking working days. Applicable stain, damage, loss, missing-item or late-return charges may be deducted before the refund.
What is the cancellation policy?

If cancellation is requested within the first seven days after booking, while delivery is more than seven days away, 25% of the bill amount is charged. After the first seven days, while delivery is still more than seven days away, 50% is charged. No cancellation or modification is accepted within seven days of delivery.
How long does a cancellation refund take?

After deducting the applicable cancellation charge: Cash refunds are processed immediately. UPI refunds are processed within three banking working days.
Can I change my event or delivery date?

Yes. A date change may be accepted without an additional modification charge when the booked garment is available for the revised date. If the garment is unavailable for the new date, the applicable modification or cancellation terms may apply.
Can the booking be transferred to another person?

Yes. The customer’s name may be changed, and the booking may be transferred to another person only when the booked garment fits the new wearer satisfactorily. A fitting trial may be required before the transfer is approved.
Can I carry the booking amount forward to a future event?

No. The booking amount cannot be transferred or carried forward as credit for a future booking.
Can I try an outfit before booking?

Yes. Customers may try available outfits at the showroom before confirming their selection. This helps the team recommend the appropriate style, size and fitting.
Is a final trial required on the delivery date?

Yes. A final trial on the delivery or collection date is mandatory so that any fitting concern can be identified and resolved before the outfit leaves the showroom.
What happens if the outfit does not fit correctly during final delivery?

Dispatch customers receive immediate alteration priority. If alteration is not possible, an alternative outfit of the same or higher value may be offered, subject to availability. The issue must be reported before leaving the showroom so the team has an opportunity to resolve it. No refund or credit is provided when the issue is reported after departure or cannot be resolved.
Are alterations included in the rental price?

Yes. Basic fitting alterations are included in the rental price. Customers should book sufficiently early and attend the mandatory final trial to allow the team enough time to complete the fitting.
Are rented outfits professionally cleaned?

Yes. Rental outfits are professionally dry-cleaned and inspected before dispatch. Customers should also inspect the garment during the final trial and report any concern before leaving the showroom.
Is there a charge for haldi, kumkum or flower stains?

Yes. A charge of ₹800 per affected garment applies when stains such as haldi, kumkum, flowers or similar marks are found during return inspection.
What happens if an outfit or accessory is damaged or lost?
+
Damage charges depend on the nature and severity of the damage. The customer is shown photographs or given an explanation before a charge is applied. Loss of a garment, garment component or accessory may attract a charge of approximately 50%–70% of its original value, as assessed by the store manager.
What are the dispatch and return timings?

Outfit dispatch takes place between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. The outfit must be returned by 8:00 PM on Day 4, either personally, through another authorised person or through a customer-arranged logistics service.
Do you provide home delivery or return pickup?

Jain Collections does not operate its own home-delivery, return-pickup or home-trial service. Customers may arrange third-party transportation through services such as WeFast, Dorzo, Rapido, Uber, Ola or another preferred provider. The delivery charges are paid by the customer.
Who is responsible during delivery, and can the rental be extended?

The customer remains responsible for the outfit while it is with a third-party logistics provider. The garment is inspected and photographed before dispatch, and the return is complete only after Jain Collections receives and inspects it. Extensions require prior approval and are allowed only when there is no subsequent booking. Approved extension charges vary by garment and number of additional days. An unapproved late return attracts 25% of the rental amount per delayed day.
