Terms & Condition

1. We insist that customers try and check products at our store or else once they receive. Issues regarding size and fittings will be resolved only at our store.
2. Alterations take time so make sure you book your outfit atleast 2 days prior to your event.
3. Changing & Cancellation Terms:
   • Cancellations are not accepted 15 days before the scheduled delivery date or for orders placed with a delivery date that falls within 15 days.
   • If an order is cancelled or changed within one week of being placed, 25% of the bill amount will be charged. After the first week, if the order is cancelled or changed, 50% of the bill amount will be charged.
4. The rent for outfit/accessories will be charged for the number of days mentioned on the bill irrespective of when it was collected by the customer. Although the delay in submission of the outfit/accessory will be charged.
5. An amount of Rs 800 will be charged if stains of flower, haldi, kumkum etc are found on the garment after use. Incase of any other defects, Jain Collection-2 shall have the right to decide the amount according to the defect.
6. While returning the garment, make sure you carry the deposit bill or atleast a WhatsApp photo of the same.
7. Incase of loss of garment, any part of garment or accessory, 50 to 70 percent of the original value (decided by the store manager) of that garment/accessory will be charged.
8. Cancellation as well as modification, will only be available from (Monday to Friday).
9. Purchase Terms:
   • No Guarantee for Silk, Colour, Zari & Slipage / Dry Clean Only.
   • No Guarantee for removable work like Diamond, Kundan etc.
   • Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged in any condition.
